About

Our goal as a club is to grow the sport of cycling through both competition and recreation. Whether you cycle to live a healthier lifestyle, meet new people, explore nature, or to becoming a national champion we hope to provide you the outlet to do so. Cycling is a team sport, we will give you the opportunity to ride, train, and race with a team. All of us will work together to be come better, safer, and more competitive cyclists.

We are a USACycling (USAC) sanctioned collegiate club that competes in the Southwest Collegiate Cycling Conference (SWCCC). We compete in road, mountain, cyclocross, track, and BMX. As per USAC regulations only full-time students are eligible to race collegiate at the national level.

Triathlons

Unfortunately, the triathlon club at UNM has not been rechartered for the 2017/2018 year. If you're interested in racing triathlon we encourage you to join us at the cycling club. Many of us also compete in triathlons and have connections within the community. If you're a beginner looking to get started or for training advice we'd be more than happy to help you with your goals.
